By downloading and using WearMe, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the App

WearMe is designed to let you upload your photo and virtually try on outfits using AI. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. AI Service

• The App allows you to upload images and apply outfits for AI-powered try-ons.
• The try-on is provided via third-party AI APIs.
• Olaasoft does not store your images or results on its servers.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and code belong to Olaasoft. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior permission.

Your own uploaded images remain your property.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We strive to provide accurate and realistic AI results, but we do not guarantee:

• AI try-on results will always be accurate or error-free.
• The App will always function uninterrupted or bug-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Olaasoft is not responsible for any data loss on your device. You are responsible for managing and backing up your local data.
• We are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs.

6. Subscription & Credit Policy

If you choose to subscribe or purchase credits within WearMe, the following terms apply:

• Subscription Plan:
  • Premium Weekly: $4.99 per week (billed weekly)
  • Includes 10 credits every week upon renewal.
  • When your subscription renews, any unused credits from the previous period are reset, and your balance is set to 10 fresh credits.
  • If you run out of credits before the week ends, you may purchase additional credits separately.
• Non-Subscription Package:
  • Lifetime Credits Package (one-time purchase, credits never expire).
  • Credits purchased under non-subscription packages remain in your account permanently and are not affected by subscription renewals.
  • ⚠️ Important: Non-subscription packages can only be purchased if you have an active Premium subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
• Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple Support for details.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
